Round platform working surface hardness: HB170-240. After artificial annealing at 600°C-700°C and natural aging for 2-8 years, the circular platform achieves stable precision and excellent wear resistance.
Round platform accuracy: Divided into four grades: 0, 1, 2, and 3.
Round platform inspection: The rough inspection of circular flat plates mainly checks whether the appearance and specifications meet technical requirements and whether there are internal defects in the rough castings. The machining inspection of circular flat plates primarily checks for sand holes, air holes, cracks, sand inclusions, shrinkage porosity, and machining errors. The finished product inspection of circular flat plates mainly checks the flatness, appearance, and specifications to ensure they meet usage requirements.
